It is new. My contractor ordered it for my renovation but it didn't fit my cabinet.

* Double trash bin mounts on the side wall of the cabinet and features two 40-liter (10.57 gallon), 21" US Cargo bins.
* The double waste bin has manual full extension with Accuride overtravel slides and an easy to install clip-on frame.
* The sturdy metal lid, suitable as a shelf, seals in odor.
* Both bins offer over 21 gallons of waste separation.

It accepts two 40 liter bins. I DO NOT have the bins, but you can buy replacement ones cheap. They got thrown out (ironically) by accident during construction.
