Solid Oak Spiral staircase - $1,800

Details:

I am selling a very nice solid oak spiral staircase. It is in very good condition, and was recently removed during a remodeling project. Floor to landing height is 8'9" and the overall diameter of the stairs is 64". Licensed contractors have disassembled the staircase and it is on pallets. It will be up to buyer to arrange moving it. I am asking $1800 on an originally 10k staircase.
