NEW Vienna Oak Laminate Flooring and Underlayment - $550 obo

I am selling 301 square feet of new, unused Vienna Oak laminate flooring. This flooring is new, still in its original packaging. It was purchased in January, 2019 for a project. This material is the extra that was not needed.

It is in perfect condition, and has been stored indoors with a dehumidifier. Included with the flooring are four 94" matched quarter rounds, and approximately two rolls of underlayment. Original cost was $3.29 per square foot. I'm selling the extra for $1.82 per square foot.

This flooring is waterproof and suitable for basements, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
