Me and Hubby have been in our 1,500, sq. ft. tract home for 30 years.
Although our kids are all grown, we won't be leaving this house unless it's with a toe-tag.

We do all renovations and repairs ourselves.
Those renovations and repairs might not be perfect, but they're passable and safe.

We are now on a very limited budget so we are always looking for used supplies to fix up our home.

My husband loves tinkering with wood.....making simple things like bookcases or shelves for our home.
I love my container gardening and decorative painting.
